By using Ghiras, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Service description
Ghiras is a parenting app providing scientific and Islamic content. The service is educational, not medical. For medical concerns, consult a pediatrician.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for your login credentials.
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- Information you enter must be accurate.
- Don't share your account — use Couple Mode instead.
4. Permitted use
App is for personal family use only. Prohibited:
- Accessing other users' data.
- Reselling or commercial republishing.
- Any illegal purpose.
- Reverse engineering.
5. AI Advisor disclaimer
The advisor offers parenting guidance based on our verified sources but:
- Is not a substitute for a doctor or therapist.
- Can make mistakes — compare with your parental instinct.
- Doesn't give detailed medical or fiqh rulings.
6. Subscription & payments
Free is always free. Pro is monthly, cancel anytime. Family Lifetime is non-refundable. Prices may change with 30-day notice.
7. Termination
Cancel anytime from settings. We reserve the right to end accounts for misuse (with notice except in severe cases).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes resolved amicably, otherwise in Riyadh courts.
